“One of the most important purposes of Miracle Valley Ranch will be to show people how they can minimize the risk of getting certain types of cancer through everyday exposure to toxic foods (diet sodas, bleached foods, foods loaded up with pesticides, food dyes and white sugar for example), harsh household cleaning agents, lawn and garden chemicals, and other environmental factors.

The “search for a cure through chemicals” is big business. Educating people BEFORE they get cancer is the real cure. And a lot more money needs to be spent in the area of survivorship research using holistic and organic methods.  Those are uphill battles because they don’t serve the current business model of many in the traditional medical establishment. But, just like the workplace wellness movement, which is saving corporate America billions of dollars now, it’ll start to make sense once people finally realize how much smarter it is to eliminate a cancer-related health problem before it happens.

A Healing Place

We are fully called and committed to establishing this retreat center to be a healing place for people fighting cancer. Malibu, California is a place that embodies all of the virtues of eco-friendly living. There are lush lands and mountains overlooking the Pacific and there are endless trails that wind through dozens of state parks. As for the people, there is an abundance of the most skilled and compassionate holistic treatment providers in the world. All of these elements add up to a wonderful healing place.

A PERFECT POSSIBILITY We have found a property where are beautiful gardens, fruit trees, a home that is just about perfect for the lodge for families to stay, stables and miles of trails for walks and equine therapy and much more. It's everything we have prayed about and more. It's an organic paradise for survivor families to renew, rejuvenate and refocus on living a great life. The couple that lived there for 30 years poured their hearts and souls into that land, even winning awards for their environmentally conscious building practices and protection of the ecosystem.

MOM seeks to acquire this property and to operate it in the same spirit of the family that so lovingly founded and cared for it for three decades. If it is meant to be, this property will be a wonderful home for the MOM retreat center. If another property is meant to be the home of the retreat center, we are equally committed to seeing the retreat center come to fruition from the proceeds of the MOM capital campaign.  Can you imagine a place where survivor families can go with all expenses paid for a day or a week to detoxify, learn about organic living, holistic treatments and more ways to transform their lives?  The ranch will have horses, a beautiful huge garden and solitude.

It is a peaceful place. It is a place prepared with love for the land and love for people.  Sunrise walks on the property offer stunning vistas of hope. Pick a fresh orange, meditate in the stillness and become refreshed by organic wellness.  There is an existing garden at the ranch that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The garden will be greatly expanded and made into a beautiful place of peace, meditation and restful walks.

MOM is offering 2,500 engraved Pathway of Hope stones in the garden. The same stonework used throughout the lodge will be used in the gardens.

Natural comfort abounds inside the lodge of the proposed property, with three full suites to be expanded to five.  The great room will become a gathering place for meaningful conversations and healing.  Warmth abounds throughout to stimulate healing.  Malibu’s sunsets are times of quiet reflection or intimate gatherings outdoors in perfect weather year-round.
